Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring execution of all Credit Documentations are complete as per Bangladesh Bank and Bank’s Internal policy and procedures with respect to amount of finance, terms and conditions, borrower’s borrowing mandate, authorized signatory etc.
- Safekeeping of security files as per Bangladesh Bank and Bank’s internal policy and procedures.
- Preparing Banking Facility Offer letter, Security Documents, LDCL, Disbursement Approval, Deferral Notes etc.
- Ensuring completion of Mortgage Formalities, Security Compliance.
- Performing Credit Monitoring in terms of Credit Documentation (Periodical Security Documentation Monitoring, Insurance Monitoring, Property Documentation monitoring, Deferral Monitoring etc.).
- Performing all activities in relation to Audit and Compliance. (Supporting Bangladesh Bank Audit & Inspection Team, Bank’s Audit and Inspection Team etc.)
Educational Requirements:
- Master's in any discipline from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank in relevant area.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
- Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
- Very good skills in MS Office
- Capacity to work under pressure
