Job Position: SVP/EVP

Job Description:

• Manage ALCO (Asset Liability Committee) desk with proper supervision as per the guidelines of Central Bank and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare and Upgrade ALCO policies and guidelines
• Proper understanding and proven experience in dealing with Money Market, Fixed Income, Securities and Foreign Exchange Business
• Maintain Reserve Requirements
• Management of Liquidity and maintain proper tracking reporting of maturity ladder in line with set parameters of Bangladesh Bank
• Thorough management of Treasury Front, Mid and Back Office
• Establishment of Treasury Department and Team

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience of working in a Bank of which 5 years as Head or Deputy Head of Treasury

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Business/Commerce/Economics with no third division/class.
