Job Responsibilities:

• Shipping Documents Follow -up
• Data entry of the shipments into company’s applications / systems.
• Ensure shipment data accuracy and integrity.
• Liaise internally with logistics headquarters, commercial teams, overseas partners
• Liaise externally with suppliers, forwarders, carriers & logistics providers.
• Escalate to management on documents or payment issues.
• Support the team on daily work and any other logistics activities.
• Generate ad hoc reports independently.
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply chain management or related discipline
•  working experience in logistics field in plus.
• Very good command of spoken & written English.
• Good Communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, (excel. word,)
• High sense of responsibility
• Detailed-oriented, well-organized, efficient and hardworking
