• At least 3 years of experience in an advertising agency [Exceptions can be made for outstanding portfolios]
  
• A strong visual sense
  
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production
  
• A team-player mentality, with the ability to take directions and come up with visual representations
  
• Additional hobbies like painting and photography will be treated as positives
  
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a high-pressure environment
