Job Requirements / Responsibility
- Minimum 3 year industry experience
- Meticulously detail oriented
- Ability to decipher the brief and come up with countless ideas to solve it
- Strives to achieve the highest standards of creativity in developing or supporting the development of (for both existing and new business)
- brand character and expression
- creative briefs for campaigns, tactics, programs that support brand strategies
- concepts for promotional campaigns, tactics, programs
- Ensures development of concepts and copy that make most creative use of specific communication vehicles
- Ability to lead a team of copywriters
- Ability to think outside the box
- Excellent command over written and verbal English and Bangla
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Extra Curricular activities such as playing an instrument/writing/photography will be treated as positives
