Associate Creative Director

Job Description / Responsibility

• Need a sound understanding of the strategic brand planning.
• Develop creative according to the brand strategy.
• Lead all creative projects and staff.
• Responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department.
• Experience in running projects, keeping to timelines.
• Confident and able to present to clients (in English and Bangla)
• A good communicator and team player. Experience in managing the creative team
• Should be up to date with latest trends
• Disciplined.

Job Nature: Full-Time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Masters Degree in Fine Arts / Design / Communication Arts (educational requirements can be waived for experienced applicants)
  
• A business degree will also be considered as an advantage.

Experience Requirements: 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Extensive advertising experience, Understanding customer journeys, brand experience, guidelines, communication hierarchies, environmental graphics and much more
