Profile:

• Diploma in Textile and Clothing or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in License and Undergarment Field
  
• Factory Experience will be an added advantage
  
• Knowledge of Factory Audit (Social and Technical) will be a strong qualification

Main Duties:

• To understand Carrefour Quality Charter and explain same to the Suppliers
  
• Responsible for factory capacity analysis, production planning and production follow-up
  
• Anticipation and risk analysis is essential for the position
  
• Responsible for all kind of tests, i.e. physical and chemical
  
• Reviewing the inspection reports, test reports and take decision for next step
  
• Responsible for conducting Pre audits & technical Audits of factories
  
• Responsible for follow-up of corrective action plan of factory social & Technical audits
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management

For the position, Candidate must be:

• Basic Product knowledge of License and Undergarment Field
  
• Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible
  
• Able and willing to work under pressure and extensive factory visit
  
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills
  
• Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  
• Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive, and positive
  
• Good command over English (Spoken and Written). Proficiency in other language e.g. French or Spanish will be an added advantage
