Job Nature: Full-time
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Candidates supplying Auto Feed Milling, Auto Flour Milling & Auto Rice Milling Machineries will be preferred.
- Planning, organizing and monitoring the sales activities to ensure the sales force to achieve the sales target and profit objective of the company
- Identify strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base
- Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely
- Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
- Create Maintain & Dealings excellent relationship with respective clients.
- To have ability to make correspondence with the customers.
- Planning, developing and implementing sales structure in the organization.
- To attend any other task assigned by management
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma or B Sc in electrical or mechanical engineering from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years hands on experience in sales & service of agro based machineries.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 21 to 35 year(s)
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Computer & Communications skills will be an added advantage
