1. Introduction

Christina Aid with the goal of ‘to empower local minority rights CSOs and networks in Bangladesh to effectively engage with left behind communities and enable their participation in local governance and development process’ is implementing a 42-months project titled ‘Empowering Left Behind Minority Communities to Effectively Participate in the Development Process of Bangladesh (ELMC)’ co-funded by European Union. This project is being implemented 08 districts i.e. Rajshahi, Naogoan, Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Khulna, Jashore, Satkhira along with Dhaka city jointly with four NGOs – Bandhu, BLAST, Nagorik Uddyog and WAVE Foundation.

The target groups of this projects are Dalit rights Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and Community Based Organizations (CBO), Transgender & Hijra rights CSOs and CBOs, Ethnic Minority specifically plainland Adivasi rights CSOs and CBOs, Change agents (representative groups from minority communities), Upazila-level advocacy forum members, District-level advocacy forum members, and Divisional Leave No One Behind (LNOB) coalition members.

Christian Aid through ELMC project has been working on evidence-based advocacy for left behind minority communities to preserve their human rights. We challenge the stereotypes, prejudices, and harmful practice by general people towards these communities through massive awareness and campaign.

Requirements or Specification

Note:

• Vendor can check the sample physically at our office in all working days from 9 am to 4 pm (Sunday to Thursday).
• Printing on product need to take approval sample basis From Christian Aid management.
• Final product needs to deliver at different areas of Bangladesh (Rajshahi, Kulna, Sylhet and Dhaka) on or before 12 May 2024. Delivery charge should be included in quoted price.
• Submitted sample will be returned after the evaluation of the quotation and sample.

2. Payment methods

The payment will be made through account payee cheque in favor of Firm upon successfully completion of the event. Tax and VAT will be deducted at source as per government rules and regulations.

How to apply

Please read the details specification mentioned above. Interested companies/firms are requested to submit their quotation (quotation price must include Tax and Vat) along with all legal documents (TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate & Trade Liscence), and one sample of previous work related to this assignment on or before 20 April 2024 by envelop and mentioned the name of the subject Line-

Where to Submit the Application:

A tender box kept in Christian Aid Office, House 42/A, Road 42, Block C WN(A), Floor 1, Gulshan 2, Dhaka - 1212, Bangladesh. Please put the envelope in the tender box and sign the register. A courier will accept but organization will not take the responsibility to acknowledging the documents as there are some ongoing processes run at the time.
