Compensation: BDT 775,448/- to BDT 852,091/- gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, gratuity and medical insurance.

This role is for ensuring emergency support to the Rohingya as part of Christian Aid’s emergency programme.

About the role

The HR Support Officer works within Bangladesh Country Team to provide a customer focused administrative HR Service. The role will offer effective and efficient human resources administrative support to the organisation, ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided with a focus on recruitment and HRIS for Bangladesh. The role will support HR and Admin Manager and to ensure that all HR systems, Databases and documentation are maintained with accurate, quality and timely data. Post holder has responsibility for facilitating the recruitment, selection of employees, reference, medical checks, marinating HRIS. The role ensures effective HR process management and adherence to organizational policies.

About you

You will be a self-driven, dynamic HR professional demonstrating a high aptitude for offering support services as well as a capability to work collaboratively with others.  You are able to to organize your own work, offer quick solutions and maintain an accurate set of data. You will have 2 years of experience in large scale hiring and database management. Good understanding of automated HRIS system will be a definite advantage.
