Compensation: BDT 13,49,239/- to BDT 15,85,380/- gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, gratuity and medical insurance.

This role is for ensuring emergency support to the Rohingya as part of Christian Aid’s emergency programme.
About the role
The Deputy Site Manager will be responsible for implementation, of CA supported Camps under the supervision of the Site Manager. Will be responsible for coordinating with project stakeholders and contractors. The Deputy Site Manager will implement the camp settlement and set up plan and other project activities. S/he will collect and maintain data for developing regular implementation and monitoring reports and documents. S/he will need to take on challenges to ensure a rapid, effective and timely response, holding overall responsibility for project achievements and results.
About you
You should have atleast 7 years of experience in large scale International Humanitarian emergencies. You should have demonstrated understanding of the phases of humanitarian response including preparedness and contingency, Disaster Risk Reduction, response and recovery. You should possess experience in site needs assessment and analysis and strong knowledge of Core Humanitarian Standards, Sphere and Red Cross Code of Conduct, and HAP.
