Salary: BDT 13,49,239 to BDT 15,85,380/- gross per annum + medical insurance  & reimbursement, provident fund, & gratuity.

Christian Aid is now looking to recruit an innovative and dynamic Programme Development and Technical Support Officer in Bangladesh to support our humanitarian and development work.

About the role

Christian Aid is working together with our partners in Bangladesh on humanitarian and development projects for over 3 decades. Christian Aid is now seeking a motivated Programme Development and Technical Support Officer to work our programme, humanitarian and funding teams in Christian Aid in developing programmes, raising and managing restricted institutional income and promoting positive engagement with donors to achieve transformational growth by increased impact, scale and leverage. This includes building relationships with existing, new and non-traditional donors and partners; to contribute in developing competitive consortium or effective ways of working for obtaining and delivering institutional supported programmes and projects. 

About you

Candidates need to have a university degree or equivalent, preferably in a development-humanitarian related discipline and understanding of international development issues and donor trends in Bangladesh. Expertise in working with institutional donors (e.g. DFID, EU, ECHO, UN, USAID, Trusts and Foundations) on funding proposal and grant management.
