EXECUTIVE
HR & ADMINISTRATION

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Maintain attendance of employees.
  • Maintain all kind of HR and admin related documents properly.
  • Able to execute full recruitment process start to finish with proper documentation.
  • Salary sheet preparation of employees.
  • Observe office time adherance of employees.
  • Knowledge about maintaining working processes.
  • Able to fulfill employee official requirement appropriately.
  • Company policy enforcement.
  • Able to follow up with all employees and security.
  • Able to arrange and schedule meetings.
  • Monthly report submission to Top managment.
  • Prepare and maintain all internal documents.
  • Able to issue proper formal letters for recruitment, termination, etc.
  • Observe security.
  • Computer knowledge with typing speed (For English 20 wpm, and for Bangla 15 wpm).
  • Any other HR and Administration related activities as per management requirements.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Honest and hardworking.
  • Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized (very important).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy (very important).

Graduate

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 Years
