Job description/Responsibilities:

• Should have proper knowledge in HR, Admin. Payroll, and capable to find out lacking in operation of the Training Center;
• Oversee all admin related activities of the training center independently
• Plan, set up and implement of operational procedures and control all activities.
• Ensure compliance of various Company Policies and Govt. Rules;
• Regular follow up with the Head Office and reporting.
• Any other task assigned by the concerned authority;

Job Nature: Full-time, permanent.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation from any reputed university or college.

• Age 23 to 40 year(s)
• Preparing of monthly budget for operating expenses to meet the budget.
• Controlling outstanding, procurement and payments.
• Fluent both in English & Bengali to be able to report on time.
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to understand the operational processes;
• Must be honest, empathetic, respectful, generous, inquisitive and pose can do attitude;

Experience:

• 1 to 2 year(s); freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Management, Administration

Salary Range: 15,000 BDT
