Position: Officer, Office of Career Services and Alumni Relations (OCSAR)

Major Responsibilities

  • The person will be responsible for all functional activities related to OCSAR
  • Prepare annual event calendar of all OCSAR events in consultation with senior colleagues
  • Act as a liaison between students, departments and external stakeholders
  • Act as an active link between job providers (different industrial sectors) and job seekers (graduates and alumni)
  • Arrange different seminars, workshops, career and alumni related events
  • Prepare event proposals for event organizers
  • Designing promotional/marketing materials

Educational Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • Good academic records

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in the similar role will be given preference
  • Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills both in Bengali and English
  • The person must be flexible to learn and take up cross functional activities to enhance the value of BRAC University
  • Must have graphic designing knowledge & skills (hands on)
