KUMON Instructor, BRAC-KUMON Ltd.

Purpose of the job:

• To discover the academic ability of each student and continually provide them with worksheets that are suitable for their respective abilities.
• Ensure that the students always experience a sense of achievement in their daily studies to make them enjoy studying and empower them to become independent and self-reliant.
• Improving the brand image by communicating with existing and future clients on a regular basis.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Instruction:

• Forming an individualized instruction for every child as per Kumon guidelines.
• Discovering and maximizing the potential of every individual child.
• Formulating a projection-plan of progress and preparing an individualized instruction for every child.
• Providing regular feedbacks to the students and parents.

Center in Charge:

• Maintaining communication with the KUMON Institute of Education (KIE) in Japan and exchange feedbacks for special concerns.
• Reaching the enrolment/sales target set by management.
• Supervise Center Officer and the Marking Assistants
• Rapport building with different stakeholders e.g. House Owner, Offices in Neighborhood, Banks, Schools, Head Office etc. 
• Conducting Parent Orientation (PO) and finding out the expectations of parents from KUMON.
• Ensuring monthly payment, payment method.
• Preparing a monthly Report (A+B).

Additional Job Requirements

• Strong addition, subtraction abilities.
• Strong oral communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Like to work with children.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum graduation in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum of CGPA 2.5 or above. Bachelor’s in Mathematics/Business/CSE or other science subject will be given preference.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years work experience is required.

Salary Range : Negotiable
