Deputy General Manager, BRAC Enterprises

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to achieve the business goals of BRAC Enterprises i.e. BRAC Nursery, Sanitary Napkin & Delivery Kit and Recycled Handmade Paper
  • Set operational and performance goals which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term results
  • Execute sales strategy and lead the team to meet sales budget and monitor sales performance, product promotion and market development
  • Develop marketing plan for enhancing market share and achieve sales target as per yearly budget
  • Ensure quality production and inventory management as per annual production plan
  • Ensure quality control of all products and services and monitor marketing & sales activities
  • Support managers with technical assistance and guideline to manage appropriate quality standards

Educational Requirements:

  • The candidate should have MBA/ Masters in Business (Marketing background will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized university/institutions.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge on Strategic Management, Business Management, Budgeting, Production process, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing, Financial Management, Business Operations, Policy formulation and People management
  • Must be skilled in advance level of Communication, MS Office, Analytics
  • Must have Analytical ability, Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly obtain the necessary credibility with teams, MIS Reporting skills
  • Must have Vision and goal setting capacity, Team building, Counseling, Independent decision making & problem solving capacity, Adaptability and have sharp perception; Taking initiatives, Strong leadership and strategic planning capability;
  • He/She must be proactive, flexible, innovative, business oriented and capable to think out of box
