Deputy Manager/ Manager, Marketing (BRAC Fisheries Enterprise)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plan with enumeration of required budget and ensure its implementation
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
  • Develop marketing strategy and manage their implementation to drive demand for products and increase brand awareness and reliability in the market
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing marketing campaigns and report to management on their effectiveness
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, follow and analyze market trends to position products
  • Assist management in strategy formation with critical market analysis and insights
  • Maintain effective liaison with all internal and external stakeholders and identify partnership opportunities to enhance marketing operations

Educational Requirements: The candidate should have BBA/MBA in Marketing with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge on Sales and Marketing, Market Research, Communications and Media, Computers and Electronics, Design
  • He/She must be Persuasive, Socially oriented and have tendency to go into detail
  • Must be skilled in Generating ideas, Negotiation and Coordination
  • Must have Analytical ability, Report writing & Presentation skills, Effective Communication skills
  • Must have vision and goal setting capacity, Team building, Risk taking, Problem solving capacity, Social perceptiveness

Age: Maximum 35 years

Salary: 40,000-45,000
