Executive, Marketing (BRAC Fisheries Enterprise) 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual marketing plan along with clear enumeration of the required budget and ensure implementation as per approved plan
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers etc and ensure their effective and efficient distribution among the target audience
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate marketing strategy and tools to increase brand awareness in the market
  • Organize events such as as conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and many different campaigns engaging customers and other stakeholders to promote products ad brand reliability
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing marketing campaigns, maintain accurate records and report to management on variances along with justification and future recommendation
  • Maintain and update customer database and design appropriate marketing tools to reach them from time to time with appropriate message and offer to create/ enhance demand for products
  • Assist management in strategy formation with competitor and market analysis, with particular reference to pricing, product development and promotion
  • Maintain effective liaison with all internal and external stakeholders and identify partnership opportunities to enhance marketing operations.

Educational Requirements: The candidate should have BBA/MBA in Marketing with minimum CGPA 3.00/ 1st class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university (CGPA 3:25 will be given Preferable)

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge in Sales and Marketing, Market Research, Communications and Media, Computers and Electronics, Design
  • Must have Persuasion, Social Perceptiveness, Negotiation, Coordination, Writing and presentation skill
  • He/She must be attentive, able to generate ideas, think analytically, socially oriented

Age: Maximum 33 years

Salary: 24,000 – 30,000

Job Location: Head Office
