To flourish the activities of team in a challenging environment, BRAC Enterprises is looking for dynamic and potential experienced Food Safety Management personnel for the following enlisted position at BRAC Dairy and Food Project.

Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance (BRAC Dairy and Food Project)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting of quality compliance objective and ensuring the implementation of all standards as per ISO and other regulatory requirements
  • Conduct verification & validation of all manufacturing process.
  • Identify the training needs of all employees and execute those accordingly.
  • To empower & increase the competency level of all manufacturing team about the product quality, food safety, & importance of cold chain.
  • Encourage and motivate the team members to work with great enthusiasm.
  • To supervise & well manage the technical staff as per their skill & abilities to carry out all sorts of tests & technical support to maintain high degree of product quality.
  • Ensuring product specifications compliance with national (BSTI), international standards and legislation.
  • Conduct departmental annual budget.
  • Attend all customer feedback & design the new products according to the customer requirement. 

Educational Requirements:

  • The candidates must have M.Sc in Dairy Science/ Bio-technology/ Biochemistry or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized university, but diploma in food safety management will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:  Minimum 06 years of experience with 3 years in managerial position.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
