National Sales Manager (BRAC Dairy and Food Project)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execution of sales budget & ensure desired sales growth
  • Target breakdown daily, monthly & yearly
  • Performance evaluation of all field forces & action plan for rapid improvement
  • Execution of all marketing support(TO/CO/POSM & events) 
  • Coverage expansion (Markets & outlets)
  • Find out business opportunities & detect threats
  • Update competitors activities & feedback to concern authorities 
  • Development of field force through on job, off job, counseling & formal training
  • All types of reporting & maintain documentations 

Educational Requirements: The candidate should have Post Graduate or related degree with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 07 years

Additional Job Requirements:

  • He/ She must have sound knowledge on Sales in FMCG, Food & Beverage and Dairy/Agro sector
  • Must be expert in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Independent decision making and thinking out of box.
  • Must have Good Communication, Report writing, Presentation and computer skills
  • Must have Problem solving ability, Analytical ability, Strong interpersonal, People management, Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • He/ She should be able to design Monitoring tools and Techniques
