Regional Sales Manager (BRAC Fisheries Enterprise)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual sales plan for the assigned region in accordance with the enterprise’s business paln and market trends and potentials. Define sales target for each territory with weekly and monthly breakdown as well as product-wise details
  • Lead a team of salespersons working in the assigned region and ensure their sales achievement as per set targets
  • Monitor, coach and motivate the team to strengthen their capacity and encourage high performance
  • Prepare, review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports and report on them to the line management with proper explanation and recommendation
  • Prepare plan on marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing personnel and ensure their implementation
  • Perform field visits; observe and analyze key issues regarding team’s performance and customer satisfaction and set apprpriate strategies for improvement
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Ensure organizational disciplinary rules and procedures in sales administration. Respond to inquiries from respective organizational units on sales results and administration.

Educational Requirements: The candidate should have Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration/ Fisheries or any related discipline with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge on Sales and Marketing, Customer Behavior, Fish Farming, Planning and Market survey
  • Must have Analytical ability, Good Communication skills, Ability to design Monitoring Tools and Techniques, Report writing and Presentation skills, Problem solving ability, Computer skills, Strong interpersonal skills and managerial capacity, persuation and negotiation skills
  • He/She must have qualities like Self-Awareness, Dealing with Ambiguity, Relationship Building, Future Oriented, Courage, Prioritizing, Developing Others, Independent decision making, thinking out of box
