Deputy Manager/Manager, Monitoring & Quality Control (BRAC Fisheries Enterprise)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead monitoring and quality control system, create and revise tools, framework and procedures for the monitoring and quality control activities. Prepare yearly monitoring and quality control plan and ensure their implementation
  • Manage a team of monitoring and quality control officers delineating their responsibilities and ensure their job accomplishment in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Coach, train, and mentor them with the aim of strengthening their capacity and professional development
  • Prepare, review and analyze weekly, monthly and yearly reports to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks and to enhance quality of reporting
  • Review the performance of existing management information systems to help identify potential modifications and recommend tools and strategies to increase enterprise performance and results
  • Ensure proper and on-time investigation of irregularities and complaints and report on them to management with recommendations on corrective and preventive measures
  • Conduct customer survey to appraise their requirements and satisfaction and recommend appropriate policies and stratetegis to improve their satisfaction level
  • Perform field visits to ensure the quality of field staff’s works and to verify the accuracy of reported data
  • Maintain a structured system of documentation of all monitoring findings with management action plan on them for future reference and follow up.

Educational Requirements: The candidate should have Bachelor/Masters in Public Administration/Business Administration/ MIS/ Fisheries with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge on Monitoring and Investigation, Planning, Production Process, Sales and Marketing, Project Management and Financial Management
  • Must have Good Communication skills, Analytical ability, Ability to design Monitoring Tools and Techniques, Conducting surveys, Report writing and Presentation skills, Problem solving ability, Computer skills, Strong interpersonal skills and managerial capacity
  • He/She must have quality of Self-Awareness, Dealing with Ambiguity, Relationship Building, Future Oriented, Courage, Prioritizing, Developing Others, Budgeting, Independent decision making, thinking out of box
