National Sales Manager, BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts in coordination with AGM Sales & Marketing
  • Ensure primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
  • Develop credit recovery strategy and monitor credit recovery from trade
  • Develop dealers performance rating system and coordinate periodical coordination meetings with trading stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Lead Negotiation with corporate clients
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Perform, research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Lead recruitment and sales staff capacity development initiatives
  • Develop motivational plans for trading and relevant stakeholders
  • Represent BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise in internal and external platforms as per organizational requirement

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Candidates should have Graduate/ Masters/ BBA/ MBA in Agriculture/ Marketing from any reputed university with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Business Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/ Seed/ GM)

Job Requirements

  • Age 28 to 45 year(s)
  • To organize training for field forces
  • Other development assignments provided by management time to time

Job Location: Dhaka Division

Salary Range: Negotiable
