Area Sales Manager, BRAC Seed & Agro Enterprise

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and achieve sales target based on territories, manage credit recovery and arrange return of goods to seed processing center by timeline
  • Manage a team of 6-8 sales officers in executing sales policy to field and achieving the target of different and diversified agro products
  • Guide territory in-charge in setting dealer and sub-dealer, analyzing dealer-wise sales trend and growth
  • Help territory in-charge in solving dealer’s dispute over product complaint, sales or due balance and other business issues with recommendation
  • Ensure territory-wise promotional material by territory officer at trade
  • Recommend and process deployment, transfer and termination of territory in-charge
  • Supervise market following passbook record and farmer visit by territory officers based on the monthly plan and analyze the sales visit with business earned in a given territory
  • Liaise with government, NGO, dealers’ and farmers’ association and other stakeholders and ensure flow of information to supervisor regarding sales, product, customers and legal issues beyond jurisdiction

Educational Requirements:

  • Candidates should have Graduation/ BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline from with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:  At least 05 years working experience in sales preferably in Agribusiness

Age: Maximum 38 years
