  • To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for professionals with drive and passion to succeed to join in Retail Banking Underwriting
  • Analyze and evaluate of loan proposals as per bank’s lending guidelines, internal policies and procedure and regulations with expertise and essential documents with due diligence.
  • The candidate must have sound knowledge on credit policies and circulars by the Central Bank.
  • Evaluating credit worthiness of prospective clients and projects.
  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements of different businesses in diverse industries.
  • Review of loan documents and ensuring sufficient security proposition and accurate documentation against the credit granted.
  • Ensuring CIB and relevant legal and statutory compliance.
  • Prospective client visits and risk assessment of prospective customers.
  • Preparation and review of credit appraisal reports and approval of loan facilities.
  • Responsible for quality of loan portfolio for the responsible products, segments and regions.
  • Assist on specific projects / tasks as assigned
  • Attend & conduct training & provide feedback to all relevant concerns
  • Update knowledge in CRM Policy (BBL and Bangladesh Bank), credit related circulars and guidelines (external & internal), loan documentations, etc.


  • For fresh candidate, one must possess a minimum CGPA of 3 (out of 4) at both graduation and post-graduation level and minimum CGPA of 4.50 (out of 5) at S.S.C and H.S.C levels from UGC approved institution or internally accredited institution. Having additional degree in MBA/ Masters will be considered as an added advantage.


  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant field will be preferred (Fresher are highly encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skill to analyze retail loan proposals
  • Knowledge on local business & economic situation depends on nature & area
  • Strong Command over Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
