Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation, Integrated Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Identify monitoring issues and lead to issues based monitoring
  • Develop M&E plan, framework and MIS system
  • Prepare M&E tools, guideline, orient staff and test them in the field
  • Lead to data collection, analysis and prepare monitoring & evaluation report
  • Identify the M&E training needs of the M&E team and provide M&E training for program staff as needed
  • Supervise to monitoring officers for quality data collection and capacity building
  • Meet documentation and knowledge management purpose of the programme
  • Qualitative data collection and analysis
  • Assist programme development, log frame preparation and prepare budget

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters in Social Science/ Anthropology / Statistics / Agriculture / Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience on Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, learning or knowledge management

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Have Computer proficiency on MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SPSS and
    Arc GIS Knowledge on data analysis, proposal writing, report preparation,
    training facilitation and budget preparation
  • Understanding on urbanization, urban trend, slum, squatter and urban
    development, disaster management, adaptation and climate change
  • Excellent team player and building relationship

Age Range: Maximum 35 years
