Officer, Internship Unit; Corporate Office

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Planning visits in consultation with visitors and head office or field office staff
  • Coordinating all arrangements for visits and accompanying visitors in field
  • Identifying internship opportunities through communication with programmes/ enterprises
  • Making preliminary selection of internship candidates
  • Maintaining communication with interns and providing all necessary support before and during internship
  • Coordinating with programmes or enterprises before and during internship
  • Updating visitor’s and internship related content on BRAC website

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters from any government recognized University or Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Bangladesh development sector
  • Knowledge of BRAC programmes and enterprises
  • Basic understanding of internship process and familiarity with HR processes
    will be added advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English, proficient in MS Office, communication skills
  • Basic Knowledge of budget preparation and logistical arrangements
  Salary and benefits  

Salary Range: Negotiable
