  Position  

Officer, Operations; Skills Development Programme (SDP)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  •  Identify the business opportunities through innovative models 
  •  Support to develop IT center and IT training business plan 
  •  Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities 
  •  Building business relationships with current and potential clients 
  •  Identify IT courses business opportunities in country 
  •  Develop IT courses training platform 
  •  Understanding market needs and offering solutions and support 
  •  Support and organize business meetings/ workshops/ training as per organizational need 
  •  Provide support to the BRAC Skills Development Programme for skills training facilitating 
  •  Regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities & Prepare, analyze all relevant reports and documentation as required by the supervisor
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Masters from any reputed University with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or equivalent CGPA is acceptable

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience at business and/or Market Development, preferably in IT sector

Additional Job Requirements:

  •  Good knowledge in IT training/courses, Digital Marketing, 
  •  Computer and Presentation Skill, Negotiation Skill, Business Proposal Preparation 
  •  Partnership Development, Advocacy, Event Management 
  •  Pro active and quick decision making

Age Range: At most 35 year(s)

Salary Range: Negotiable
