Executive Assistant, BRAC Humanitarian Programme (BHP)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Manage Director’s diaries and arrange their daily schedule (set up meetings, conference, workshop, speaking engagements)
  • Arrange and coordinate 100% national and overseas travels and itineraries of the supervisors within time frame
  • Conduct and ensure timely communication with stakeholders, governments officials and BRAC Programmes
  • Read and Analyse incoming letters, faxes, e-mails in order to determine their importance and plan their distribution
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal or external colleagues and manage information flow
  • Review and verify bills before taking it for signs and follows on missing information
  • Maintained e-calendar regularly, checked attendance, visits to maintain transparency
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Educational Requirements: Master’s or Bachelor’s in any subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable

Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field

  • Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
  • Have knowledge on latest office gadgets and applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations
  • Able to perform assigned tasks independently
  • Have a sense of responsibility and adaptability
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Very good command on Microsoft Office Packages and Internet browsing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English

Age Range: Maximum 35 years
