  Position  

Deputy Manager, MIS and Documentation (Contractual), Migration Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Generate MIS and other reports for the programme
  • Assist to develop monitoring tools and formats, collect periodical data from field and prepare M&E reports
  • Assist to provide technical guidance to the project staff and partner organisation to ensure M&E related activities of the projects/ programme including develop of indicators
  • Conduct regular monitoring visits to the field areas to oversee progress of project and partner’s activities; provide feedback from bottom to senior management level
  • Documents best practices and success stories, prepares documentation for potential programme users and submits accordingly
  • Develop and manage database for the programme
  • Support in administrative issue and maintain stock register
  • Submit requisition to procurement department and act as focal person to deal with procurement issues
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience is required

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Have familiar with M&E framework and M&E plan development
  • Have experience of develop different monitoring tools
  • Have hands on experience in operating data analysis software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to build relationships in a multicultural environment
