Bangladesh Nari Progati Sangha (BNPS) is a right based national NGO, working since 1986 to establish equality for women from the family to the state level, since its inception the organization has been trying to create a platform where women and other marginalized groups will raise their voices and claim their entitlements for social, economic empowerment. BNPS invites application for the following positions:

Internal Auditor (one position based in Dhaka)

Qualifications and Experience: Applicants must have Master's in Accounting with CACC. Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in national NGO as internal auditor.

Skills:  To lead the entire audit functions related to the operations, to test for compliance to systems, policies, and procedures in all operational areas; and to prepare audit report on the findings, exposure to risk, and recommended steps to mitigate risks. Capability to guide staff to ensure proper accounting practices. The incumbent should possess proficiency in Financial Management System software, MS Office applications, and communication skills (both verbal and written) and must be willing to spend 50% time in field areas.

Age: 30-35 years

Salary: Tk. 24,000 to 25,000, based on qualifications and experience. Candidates are eligible for contributory provident fund, gratuity and festival allowance after successful completion of probationary period.
