Bangladesh Nari Progati Sangha (BNPS) is an activist women organization, working since 1986 to establish a society free from all sorts of discrimination, where nobody is left behind. BNPS has been working at the national level for policy and legal reform and at the community level for organizing and mobilizing grassroots people through a variety of programs. The organization is seeking application from interested candidates for the following positions for its central office, Dhaka:

Key Requirements:

• Fair understanding about gender equality, human rights, women rights, SRHR and PVE issues.
• Proven capacity to design appropriate monitoring tools.
• Able to visit field area to observe and document changes made by the projects intervention. 
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
• Master degree preferably in social science.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop and institutionalize M&E framework, system and tools.
• Perform frequent field visits and preparing periodic monitoring reports for the management.
• Building capacity of relevant staff working in M&E.
• Track progress based on program and project indicators and targets in a regular basis.
• Reviews reports received from field offices and partner organizations and provide feedback for ensuring quality of information and content.
• Prepare periodic reports for donors and government authority.
• Develop and establish mechanisms for documentation and sharing good practices and lessons learned for inside and outside the organization.

Having good command and knowledge in computer and internet using is a mandatory requirement for both the positions. All applicants are required to be gender sensitive and respectful to the principles of non-discrimination, diversity and secularism.
