AGM Quality
Full Time, Permanent Position
T H E P E R S O N:
As Quality AGM supervises the activities of Input-Output Quality Coordinators (those challenge the quality in all AQL Audit Stations), s/he will has to manage arbitrate differences in professional manner with all Unit managers, Business Analysis Manager, Planning Manager, IE Manager, PDD Manager, Compliance Manager , Cutting Manager, External QA Manager and customer’s representatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY:
- Will lead the Quality Team to confirm SOPs at AQL Audit Stations (Fabric, Cutting, Accs, Print-Emb, garment production).
- Validate Internal AQL Inspections (Fabric, Print-Emb, Cutting, garment Production) in case IQC & OQC need support.
- Will work with PDD manager, IE manager and Factory Managers to give all kinds of approvals for bulk production (Lab dips, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, Appliqué, Yarn Dye etc).
- Will do final Inspections of all PO (Except Final Quality Audit undertaken by customer’s representatives)
- Will have to cooperate in External Quality Audit and may need to do Audit as external as well.
- Will give technical support in Sample and Bulk production .
- Test Cutting follow up for Pattern Adjustment .
- Organize Technical Meetings and ensure that relevant documents, Sample, Tec pack, approvals etc are produced and discussed in the meeting.
- Will organize periodic meeting with his/her team and review progress of his/her individual member’s KPIs and guide accordingly. On the other hand needs to develop team players to their required competency level and coordinate with HRD for their development.
- Will have to sit in periodic interval with Operations / Business analyst to understand and work with the approved recommendations regarding the functions of Quality Audit Department.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Graduate from Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Engineering background .
- Skills Required: Buyer Handling
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Quality, Quality control, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Inspection
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Age 34 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Should have enough knowledge on Fabric, Print- Emb, Accessories, Garment manufacturing process etc to give approvals as well as to do final inspection
- Ensure there will be no customer claim after final inspection
