Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST) is a frontline national non-governmental legal services organisation, with a mandate to ensure access to justice for individuals and communities living in poverty or facing discrimination.  BLAST is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified consulting firms for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) is for Developing a five year strategic plan 2019-2023 to ensure that BLAST fulfils its mandate. The period for consultancy is for 90 days from the signing of Agreement.

Qualified consulting firms (“Consultants”), who are interested to provide the Services should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. BLAST shall form a short-list of three to six qualified firms who would be requested to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the proposed Services.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) set out in BLAST’s Procurement Guidelines (November 2018).

BLAST has the right to cancel the selection process at any time without assigning any reason.
