Operation MANAGER for B2B & B2C eCommerce Business

Bipzy Ltd. looking for a person who hold industry knowledge in eCommerce Business. Has deep knowledge how to manage and market an online business for Bangladesh Market, which is B2B & B2C business Platform for retail and wholesale www.muktomall.com.

Main objective of this position will be to provide guidance and leadership to ensure the successful account management of the business, vendor partnership and Financial Goals. In so doing this individual will bring excellent analytical skills, strong account and vendor management experience, a successful record of sustainable performance and the capacity to motivate, coach and mentor a team.

Job Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team that is responsible for vendor partnerships in the Bangladesh market
  • Devising and implementing strategies that grow B2B & B2C e-commerce Business footprint in Bangladesh
  • Developing tools/processes to ensure greater internal operational efficiencies, and (4) lead, develop and coach staff to achieve business goals.
  • Develop, manage, and lead a team to achieve all targets and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with management on strategic planning and objectives  
  • Implement strategies and promotional activities with partners to enhance performance
  • Ensure competitiveness of product consistency
  • Develop new tools and processes that contribute to greater productivity and efficiency
  • Prepare and present high quality weekly reports
  • Attend and participate at all relevant tradeshows, workshops and events

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership with strong interpersonal skills in working with medium-sized (15+) teams
  • Past success in mentoring sales teams that consistently overachieve expectations
  • Past success in building solutions-focused teams that create long term customer relationships
  • Understanding of the principles of ecommerce, online marketing, and financial metrics
  • Strong numerical & analytical skill and attention to detail
  • Adapts well and has highly disciplined work habits
  • Energetic and driven personality
  • Very good command in both written and spoken English

Educational qualifications:  Must have at least BS degree in Marketing / e-commerce / Entrepreneurship etc.  

Employment Status: Full Time

Experience: At least 3 year’s experience in this field (e-commerce).
