MANAGER for BDTRAVELBOOK.Com


Requirement: 3 Years working experienced with travel industry.

Main objective of this position will be to provide guidance and leadership to ensure the successful account management of the BDTRAVELBOOK’s property partners and Goals.  In so doing this individual will bring excellent analytical skills, strong account and partner management experience, a successful record of sustainable performance and the capacity to motivate, coach and mentor a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities will include: (1) manage a team that is responsible for property partnerships in the Bangladesh market (2) devising and implementing strategies that grow BDTRAVELBOOK’s footprint in Bangladesh (3) developing tools/processes to ensure greater internal operational efficiencies, and (4) lead, develop and coach staff to achieve business goals.

  • Develop, manage, and lead a team of 15+ to achieve all targets and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with management on strategic planning and objectives
  • Implement strategies and promotional activities with partners to enhance performance
  • Ensure competitiveness of product consistency
  • Develop new tools and processes that contribute to greater productivity and efficiency
  • Prepare and present high quality weekly reports
  • Attend and participate at all relevant tradeshows, workshops, and events

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Affiliation Manager with different organization in the Bangladesh
  • Partnership Manager with Hotel & Tour operator in the Bangladesh
  • Create operation process for www.bdtravelbook.com base on Bangladesh culture and document the operation process for future improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership with strong interpersonal skills in working with medium-sized (15+) teams
  • Past success in mentoring sales teams that consistently overachieve expectations
  • Past success in building solutions-focused teams that create long term customer relationships
  • Understanding of the principles of ecommerce, online marketing, and financial metrics
  • Strong numerical & analytical skill and attention to detail
  • Adapts well and has highly disciplined work habits
  • Energetic and driven personality
  • Very good command in both written and spoken English
