MTO/Officer (Investment)- 06 Positions
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate/Graduate in Finance from reputed public / private university.
- Minimum CGPA 3.30 out of 4.00 for MTO and 3.00 out 4.00 for Officer position;
- Age Limit: 30 years for Officer/MTO
- Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and Bengali;
- Capable of multi-tasking with strong presentation skills;
- Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.
Duties & Responsibilities of MTO/Officer (Investment):
- Identify prospective borrowers;
- Review the Borrower’s application, purpose of the facility sought, business experience and nature of business;
- Visit prospective borrower’s business and proposed mortgaged property and prepare site visit report;
- Conduct project appraisal and prepare financial model;
- Prepare credit risk grading (CRG) and Spreadsheet analysis;
- Analyze credit worthiness of proposed and existing borrower;
- Issue Sanction Advice and assist in the preparation of security documentations before disbursement of facility and,
- Disburse the sanctioned loan to the borrower after completion of proper documentation & other formalities.
Remuneration:
MTO: BDT 60,000 (Gross) plus other fringe benefits;
Officer: BDT 50,000 (Gross) plus other fringe benefits.
MTO/Officer (Procurement)- 01 Position
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate/Graduate in Management/Supply Chain management from reputed public / private university.
- Minimum CGPA 3.30 out of 4.00 for MTO and 3.00 out 4.00 for Officer position;
- Age Limit: 30 years for Officer/MTO;
- Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and Bengali;
- Capable of multi-tasking with strong presentation skills;
- Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.
Duties & Responsibilities of MTO/Officer (Procurement):
- Perform tasks of appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests;
- Prepare procurement plan for all goods, works and services and manage the entire procurement formalities properly;
- Ensures that products and services are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory;
- Conduct the procurement of consultant;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Remuneration:
MTO: BDT 60,000 (Gross) plus other fringe benefits;
Officer: BDT 50,000 (Gross) plus other fringe benefits.
Senior Officer (Social and Environment)- 01 Position
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate/Graduate in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering from reputed public / private university;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required for Senior Officer position;
- Age Limit: 35 years for Senior Officer;
- Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and Bengali;
- Capable of multi-tasking with strong presentation skills;
- Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.
Duties & Responsibilities of Senior Officer (Social and Environment)

To conduct environmental due diligence (EDD) as part of the due diligence process of Renewable Energy & Energy Efficient based projects;

To guide sponsors to meet the applicable standards and compliance processes of the Department of Environment (DOE), World Bank, IFC, ADB and other development partners;

To manage and supervise environmental management and monitoring components of Renewable Energy & Energy Efficient based projects;

To provide inputs to project executors to help them ensure compliance with regulatory and project-specific environmental requirements;

To facilitate acquiring environmental permits, licenses, approvals, etc. from regulatory agencies in support of Renewable Energy & Energy Efficient based projects;

To prepare and monitor the implementation of a range of environmental compliance documents required for project approval and implementation under various regulatory frameworks and guidelines; and,

To work with the Credit Team of BIFFL, if needed, for any infrastructure project to conduct environmental due diligence and monitoring during project planning and implementation.
Remuneration:
Senior Officer: BDT 80,000 (Gross) plus other fringe benefits; |
