WEB GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Description: Minimum 4-5 years of Graphics design experience focused mostly on Internet/Intranet. You will be responsible to carryout and sometimes lead multiple online projects.
Should have experience in developing outstanding Web designs for Western Customers. The responsibility includes understanding Western Customers’ taste, business pattern, brand positioning, designing web based sites from scratch with extreme creativity, and preparing storyboards to chalk out the business idea. Should have clear idea, concept and working experience in both vector and raster based web graphics design. Need to have experience in print media as well.
You will have CSS, XHTML, XML knowledge and need to work closely with programmers during integration phase. You will communicate proactively with account management and inform, inquire about project information and also work closely with Project Manager.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Fluent written and spoken English a MUST. Since we deal with western customers, understanding their business concept is key to success
- Graduate in Computer science (not necessary for outstanding Web skilled person)
- Good knowledge in Web 2.0 technology
- Knowledge in CSS, XHTML, XML, AJAX, JQuery, div based (table-less) development is a plus point.
- 4-5 years of experience
- Experience in using graphics tools (but not limited to) such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign both latest and older versions.
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Work in a team environment and in critical situations
