Executive, Tech Support
Job Description   :





  • Attending customers` complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
  • Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients.
  • Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults
  • Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end.
  • Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
  • Testing new technologies.

  • B.Sc in CSE/ETE/EEE or similar subject area from any reputed university
  • Cisco certified or course completed will get preferences

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the IT Service industry preferably ISP
  • Fresh candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Basic knowledge in IP routing and sub-netting.
  • Experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written and listening both Bangla and English.
  • Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
  • Team player and able to work under pressure.
