Executive, Tech Support
Job Description :
Attending customers` complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients.
Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults
Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end.
Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
Testing new technologies.

B.Sc in CSE/ETE/EEE or similar subject area from any reputed university
Cisco certified or course completed will get preferences
Minimum 1 year working experience in the IT Service industry preferably ISP
Fresh candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge in IP routing and sub-netting.
Experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills including verbal, written and listening both Bangla and English.
Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
Team player and able to work under pressure.
