Job Description :
Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients
Attending customers´ complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means
Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults
Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end
Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system
Testing new technologies

B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university
Cisco certified or course completed will get preferences
1 year working experience in the IT service industry preferably in ISP
Fresh candidates also encouraged to apply
Hands on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge in IP routing and sub-netting
Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting
Fluency in speaking and writing Bangla and English
Strong interpersonal skills
Team player and enjoys work pressure
