Job Description / Responsibility

• Take charge of a shop and manage the sales and day to day administration work of that particular branch.
  
• Branch Manager will be responsible for all the transactions of a particular shop.
  
• Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to maintain the sales team
  
• Discover business opportunities by identifying target market and evaluating their position in the industry.
  
• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
  
• Strong idea about the present Electronics Market, competitors and their offerings.
  
• Gather proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
  
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  
• Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record.
  
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Job Nature: FullTime

Educational Requirements: Graduate in any field (Preferably in Commerce/ Business Studies)

Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age Age 30 to 45 years
  
• Only males are allowed to apply
  
• At least 3 year(s) as Branch Manager in home appliance or electronics industry
  
• Must have a proven record in the Sales and Marketing.
  
• Must have great communication skills.
  
• Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
  
• Fluency in Bengali and English is a must.
