Key Selling Points
Sell electronic products such as refrigerator, air-conditioner, television, microwave oven, washing machine, kitchen appliances, ceiling fan, generator, emergency light etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Take charge of a shop and manage the sales and day to day administration work of that particular branch.
- Branch Manager will be responsible for all the transactions of a particular shop.
- Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to maintain the sales team
- Discover business opportunities by identifying target market and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
- Strong idea about the present Electronics Market, competitors and their offerings.
- Gather proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Educational Requirements
- Graduate in any field (Preferably in Commerce/ Business Studies)
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s) in related field
Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- At least 3 year(s) as Branch Manager in home appliance or electronics industry
- Must have a proven record in the Sales and Marketing.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
- Fluency in Bengali and English is a must.
