Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure quality of the finished and semi finished products as per specification.
- Sample collection & quality assurance of raw materials and packaging materials as per specification.
- Maintain test report, technical literature, equipment calibration record and RM database.
- Recommendation for batch acceptance/rejection/held up.
- Responsible for developing new shades
- Responsible for developing new vendors.
- Maintain a clean working lab and organize files, computer generated reports, and project related documentation that are result oriented.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations of group and ISO audit.
- Establish and maintain 5S within the Lab.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager -QA
Knowledge Experience and Competencies:
Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry from any reputed university.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in chemical / Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage
