Principal Accountabilities:
- To prepare monthly production plan considering theoretical production requirement & production capacity.
- To ensure that the batch operation proceeds as per SOP of Batch Manufacturing process.
- Ensure Safety, Cleaning & House-keeping of the plant
- To lead and motivate shop floor associates.
- To minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Knowledge skills and Experience:
- B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any recognized public university.
- 1-2 years of related experience would be an added advantage
- Understanding of process, machineries, safety norm, planning concepts
