PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To prepare monthly production plan considering theoretical production requirement (from Supply Chain), production capacity.
- To execute the production plan in an optimized manner by preparing workable shop floor plan with a view to ensure maximum customer service level.
- To supervise completion of daily production recording data in SAP.
- To monitor & control important job-efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Processing Cost, Batch Variance, Right First Time, etc set by Management.
- To train departmental work force to minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive maintenance.
- To operate in compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14000 & OSHAS-18000 standards as applicable.
- Capable to work in night shift.
Context/ Environment
- B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from any reputed public university
- Minimum 1~2 years of industrial experience, preferably in chemical plant.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Understanding of process, machineries, safety norm, planning concepts
- Knowledge on Computer literacy.
- Analytical ability & Output oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal relationship
