Responsibilities: 

• Identifying potential entrepreneurs and investors to onboard them in the Crowdfunding platform.
• Conducting business appraisal and prepare financial model
• Performing due diligence on potential enterprises/entrepreneurs/investors
• Developing partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements 
• Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase 
• Ensuring legally binding commercial agreements are in place 
• Establish and maintain client relationships 
• Arranging seminars/workshops/events for the promotion of the project

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA/Masters in commerce from any reputed public / private university.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of banking relationship manager or relevant business development experience
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented team player with initiative and drive. We require a ‘hungry / can do’ Startup mindset and attitude 
• Must be able to handle a very visible role and act as a brand ambassador of the business 
• Must be independent and able to navigate a resource-constrained and ambiguous Startup environment 
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines 
• Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and Bengali
• Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.
