Training Associate

This position requires being supportive to the overall operations of training service.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY

• To assist registration process and logistics management for training
• Training marketing through channels
• Assess training need and customized training solutions
• Participant counseling.  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Business graduate, preferably Marketing Major.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year experience in Training management or in Related Industry

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Clear understanding about training operations and methodology.
• Excellent command over English, both written and spoken. Candidates having 6+ IELTS score will get an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to meet deadline in a demanding environment.
• Superior level computer skills especially on MS Office Applications.
