Job Responsibilities

  • Assess existing sites for usability, design, content, and branding and make recommendations accordingly
  • Conducts user research through interviews, surveys, and Web analytics; define user goals and information needs; create task and system flows; develop scenarios
  • Designs clean, consistent user interfaces; design according to best practices using knowledge gained from user/product analysis
  • Produces wireframes and prototypes to depict the user interface
  • Designs and conducts remote or in-person usability tests with interactive prototypes; identify issues and make recommendations for improvement
  • Defines UI Specifications for hand-off to development team

Educational Requirements

  • 4 years graduation in Computer Science/ Engineering will be preferred
  • Educational qualification would be relaxed for the highly experienced or deserving candidates

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): UX Designer
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age Below or equal to 30 year(s)
  • 1-2 years of working experience in UX design
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles and current global UI/design pattern standards
  • Experience creating conceptual models, site maps, interaction flows, design patterns, UI specifications
  • Positive attitude and should have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a very good team player.
  • Must be prepared to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
