Job Responsibilities

  • Data collection and analysis to extract the market need.
  • Identify the new products that should be built based on market need and potential.
  • Maintain and improve existing products based on data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Set success criteria of product and develop strategy to achieve it.
  • Ensure international standard by analyzing international similar products
  • Collaboration and communication with various stakeholders to develop product strategy
  • Plan to make sure that products are reaching targeted customers effectively.
  • Keep stakeholders up to date with product status accordingly

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum graduate (CSE is preferable)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Product Management

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Requirements

  • Age Below or equal to 30 year(s)
  • 2+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience with product strategy, planning, positioning, analyzing, improving and maintaining.
  • Good command over data collection and analysis
  • Experience with various tools like Trello, JIRA etc.
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Appreciation for what makes a product simple, able to empathize with engineers and appreciate technical and architectural considerations
  • Must have strong command over English (verbal and writing)
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Hands­​ on and prepared to undertake your own user research, product analytics &
  • prototyping, able to synthesise problems.
  • Must be a very good team player.
  • Must be prepared to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
